College counselors from around the country, representing 16 states as well as Washington DC, were hosted by Penn's Admissions office at CBO Counselor Connection on August 18-19.  The program was developed for community-based organizations that work with college-bound high school students from historically underrepresented, socioeconomically disadvantaged, or first generation college backgrounds.
